Moxi’s medical weight loss program is overseen by a board-certified nurse practitioner and built around you — not a one-size-fits-all plan. We offer three medication tiers based on your health history, goals, and how your body responds. Your plan can be adjusted at any time, and your price adjusts with it.

What medications are used in the program?

Our program uses FDA-authorized compounded medications prescribed by our board-certified nurse practitioner. The specific medication and dose are determined during your consultation based on your health history, goals, and eligibility. All medications are dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy.

Is this a subscription? Do I get auto-billed?

No. Moxi’s program is pay-per-visit. You are never enrolled in a subscription, there is no auto-billing, and there is nothing to cancel. You pay for your visit and your medication. That’s it.

What happens if I need to switch medication tiers?

Your provider will recommend a tier change if your current plan isn’t producing the results you need. When you move to a different tier, your pricing adjusts automatically to reflect that tier’s rate. There are no penalties or fees for switching.

Do I need to come into the clinic?

Not necessarily. Moxi offers telehealth consultations for Pennsylvania residents who meet eligibility requirements. You can complete your intake, follow-up visits, and medication adjustments entirely from home. Your medication is shipped directly to your door.

How does medication get to me?

Once your provider prescribes your medication, it is dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your address. Most patients receive their medication within a few business days of their initial visit.

How quickly will I see results?

Most patients notice a reduction in appetite within the first two to four weeks. Visible weight loss typically begins in weeks two through four, with more significant results building over the following months. Your provider will monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed.

What if I need to pause or stop the program?

Because there is no subscription or contract, you can pause or stop at any time with no penalties. If you decide to restart later, simply schedule a new visit and we’ll pick up from where you left off.

Is this safe if I’m on other medications?

Your intake visit includes a full review of your current medications and health history. Your provider will flag any potential interactions before prescribing. Patient safety is the starting point of every plan we create.

How is Moxi different from online platforms like Ro or Found?

The major telehealth platforms operate on subscription models — monthly auto-billing, membership fees, and programs that can be difficult to cancel. Moxi is different: you see a real, board-certified nurse practitioner, you pay per visit, and you are never locked into anything. Your plan is individualized, not automated.

Yes. Moxi offers telehealth consultations to patients anywhere in Pennsylvania. If you are a PA resident, you can complete your entire program remotely — initial consultation, follow-ups, and medication refills — without ever coming to our Lebanon clinic.
